This spicy scallop dish makes a terrific first course. It’s easy to make, beautifully presented, and delicious to eat.
In a nice scallop ‘dish’ put a small smear of butter, and add chopped up mushroom.
Season small scallops (or cut up large scallops) and place over top of the mushrooms.
Bake in 475F oven for 3 minutes. Then top with spicy mayo (mayo + sriracha chile garlic paste). Broil until bubbly and browned (about 3 min).
Super simple… super delicious.
